The T-7730 is engineered for the harshest environments, from freezing tunnels to scorching outdoor installations. Special low-temperature components and rugged construction ensure reliable operation where standard electronics fail. Ideal for unheated tunnels, arctic installations, and desert environments.
The T-7730 is a rugged IP66 waterproof decoding terminal designed for extreme outdoor and industrial environments. With its aluminum alloy enclosure, wide temperature range, and 16W digital amplifier, it provides reliable audio decoding in parks, tunnels, underground facilities, and other harsh locations.
Built for the Elements: IP66 rating means the T-7730 is completely dust-tight and protected against powerful water jets – rain, snow, hose-down, and high-pressure cleaning are no problem. The aluminum alloy enclosure resists corrosion and UV degradation.
Extreme Temperature Operation: Unlike standard electronics that fail below -20°C, the T-7730 operates reliably from -35°C to 60°C. Special low-temperature lubricants, capacitors, and components ensure performance in freezing tunnels, arctic research stations, and desert heat.
16W Digital Amplifier: The integrated 16W amplifier drives external speakers for clear announcements in outdoor spaces. Perfect for parks, pathways, and public areas where reliable audio is needed.
Simple Network Integration: Power via PoE simplifies installation – a single Ethernet cable provides both data and power. The terminal decodes network audio streams from the T-7700 server for paging, background music, and announcements.
Dust-tight and protected against powerful water jets. Withstands rain, snow, and hose-down.
Extreme temperature range for tunnels, arctic, and desert installations.
Corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and rugged. Built to last outdoors.

| Model | Type | Protection | Key Feature |
|---|---|---|---|
| T-7710 | One-key outdoor | IP55 | 500W amp, solar ready |
| T-7731 | Explosion-proof | Ex db IIB T6 Gb, IP66 | Handset, 30W ext |
| T-7732 | Industrial outdoor | IP54 | Steel casing, anti-tamper |
| T-7730 | IP66 decoding terminal | IP66 | 16W amp, -35°C |
| T-7730P | IP66 decoding terminal | IP66 | 30W amp, -35°C |
The T-7730 and T-7730P share the same rugged IP66 enclosure and extreme temperature range. The only difference is amplifier power:
| Model | Amplifier Power | Best For |
|---|---|---|
| T-7730 | 16W | Smaller areas, pathways, close-range |
| T-7730P | 30W | Larger areas, higher ambient noise |
IP66 rating: 6 = dust-tight (no dust ingress), 6 = protected against powerful water jets (heavy seas, hose-down). Suitable for outdoor use in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, and cleaning with pressure washers. Not suitable for submersion.
For installations below -35°C, consider the optional heated enclosure. The T-7730 itself is rated to -35°C, but wind chill and extreme conditions may require additional protection. In tunnels, the unit can be mounted with thermal isolation.
T-7730 (wall-mounted) driving weatherproof speakers in tunnel
Multiple T-7730 units placed throughout tunnel, connected via PoE. Operates reliably at -30°C in winter. Decodes emergency announcements from traffic control center. 16W amplifier drives speakers for clear audio even with traffic noise.
